Born in Southern California, raised in sunny Arizona, and educated across Manchester, England, and Denver, Colorado — I am no stranger to the eclectic nature of acquiring stories.

I am passionate about finding beauty in what is not conventionally thought to be; the privilege of holding other people's stories; and listening to the music this earth offers us.

Our namesake, Alce, is the Spanish translation of moose — who, to me, is a golden Labrador Retriever that claims a large portion of my hearts passion.
